$25/lb right now would not be as great as you think; VA has spoken on this a number of times - at that level, it stifles new-tech. Low teens is a better sweet spot in the short to medium term, to get the critical investments - in both our mine, and the battery tech it will feed - happening.
Till then, steel making additives will be our bread and butter. In five years or so, when our initial supply contracts are being re-signed, and global V demand outstrips supply, that's when you want to see $25/lb!
