The volumes should answer your question.

Almost 10 million shares traded when the stock fell on Thursday, with a mere 2 million traded on Friday. The movement upward was more reflective of the almost non-existent sell-walls 2.3 and 2.4 cents, as opposed to a sign of any retrace.

If volumes of 5-10 million per day persist, then a movement below 2 cents, or above 3 cents, in a day is very possible.
