No doubt there is a need for operating funds in the short term, as we move to cashflow breakeven. We are not there yet.

Company has the option to draw down funds from previous Cap Raising agreement first though. If further funds are needed it would be to fund expansion or additional IMO.

We all know that the previous track record is that an investor presentation is issued just prior to a CR. As a shareholder you cant blame them for wanting to increase the SP in order to put the company in a better position to negotiated this. Those that have been accumulating at these lower prices will benefit from this.
