I can see where Joshua is coming from. Ken has essentially pocketed $2.5m as he's sold at circa 75c to covert 15m options at 40c. So he is selling. But that is not short change so maybe he had to do this to cover the conversion. That said after the conversion shouldnt he have around 23m shares ?
