Just a couple of topical items.
Last Thursday TK used the lunch money from his Salary to buy 60K shares @34c. He'll be able to have the very best turkey and all the trimmings this Xmas.
A big question is when will the SPP open?
The Sept. 4 Media Announcement noted " further details on the SPP will be distributed to Eligible Shareholders shortly and released on the ASX"
IMO this may mean the SPP will not open for a few weeks. Management may hold off until after the early October EGM to approve the CATL placement or even until the CATL placement is settled and allotted.
If so, maybe the EGM could be used to announce a lift in the cap ( currently $20m ) of the SPP. The record date for the Placement is fixed . Retailers holding shares prior to that date (Sept. 3 ) deserve to be given the opportunity to get as many shares @30c ( up to $30K max ) as they can afford given the massive dilution that is occurring and the pain from being loyal and having the interests of the company at heart.
IMO the Insto Placement recipients may only be interested in turning a quick Buck at the Companies expense before moving on to the next "quick Buck " opportunity. They could look to unload next week if the SP remains @33-35c
