Okay so what can we (or I ) interpret from the statement made.
It is still talking in terms that suggest that there is to be a sale of 100% of the Burbanks Mill That is how I would interpret the wording.
Now does that rule out Adaman who was supposed to have it settled and signed by August 31st.

Maybe not. It may indicate that MXR is playing hard ball after all the messing around and delay from Adaman and there has been serious pressure put on Adaman to get the deal done pronto or else.
On the other hand it is equally possible that if Adaman failed to get the deal completed on time by 31st of August then MXR has pulled the plug on that and had a Plan B in place having put up for so long with constant delays.
While it is idle speculation I am entertaining the notion that it is a remarkable coincidence that Orminex (ONX) should have announced that it was going into a trading halt and would be making an announcement on Monday about "toll milling arrangements".
So is an arrangement to sell 100% of the Burbanks Mill to ONX (or some suitable partner) is the Plan B ?????
I am betting on that.

Okay so the plot thickens thicker that a country style vegetable soup !
Orminex (ONX) has just announced a voluntary suspension until Wednesday now as it continues to work through the issue of toll milling arrangements..
No announcement from MXR so far but their last announcement indicated by the start of trading on Tuesday.
So we await the grand revelation
