No need to know who sold out. For long term holders, you only need to know that it is being shorted and the shorting is increasing(Shorting interest= percentage of shorts to total volume. Just look at the volume of each transaction. The shorter is accumulating all day (today's action) and places buy 39.5cents and sell 40 cents or 39c and 39.5c . Any transaction with less than 5990 equals $29.95(brokerage) but many are less than 5990 as they pay no brokerage. Haha, its being shorted (some call it bots). Small amounts are continually sold into the buy side to make you think the price is going down. Weak hands sell. The shorter/accumulator does not necessarily close out positions on the same day but, waits to sell higher.

I'm not an expert but, I used my logic to work this out today. Hope this helps?
