The CAPEX required to get Winchester up and running is ABSOLUTELY minuscule!

The company should have no trouble at all in raising $2.5m to get the project off the ground.

Andrej's complete and undivided attention should be entirely on getting the NOI complete and submitted as soon as possible.

Winchester alone is enough to MULTI MULTI bag the SP, but that won't happen if the project never gets to production.
