I know it has just hit 68%. But if you were a fund, why would you be buying. I hate how they have the opportunity to borrow shares for shorting (grrr) or the ability to put bot buys/sells so no one else can buy a reasonable amount (because of brokerage). So much for the level playing fiel(just my bitch for the day)
