In the recent counterclaim against SGH, the announcement gave a link to the court documents which give a detailed summary on WTGs accusation that the the parties acted illegally. It also details SGHs responses which the judge appears to have dismissed as without validity.

The judge was therefore happy for the counter claim to be heard in full during the original SGH claim trial.

Seems SGH and others were very naughty...which explains why WTG had to go to court to force disclosure of previously hidden emails.
