The market crash is inevitable. The longer the duration the bigger this crash is going to be.
Debts are record high. Don't have to go far - in Australia there are too many "liar loans" and most of them interest only and cannot get a "refi" and are coping the higher rates. Alot of debts and mortgage arrears appearing and increasing every day.
Governments are running out of room to maneuver. Negative interest rates on the horizon. Not much room to move. Quantitative easing required.
Interest rates are at record low. Despite interest rate being record low property prices in most areas are starting to decline. This bubble cannot go on forever. It is all going to crash.
Once fear hits the streets there is going to be major sell off. My bet is on gold to go up a lot higher than what it is today any pull backs will be a good time to top up.
Do research on central banks - gold accumulation record high.
China - gold accumulation record levels.
The signs are there.
The equities market is very dangerous now. I am only exposed to gold.
