yes i have info that says the plant was expected to be fully commissioned at some stage last week and once it was fully commissioned the burning would commence and syngas produced.

this means that burning should have commenced this week and therefore syngas production would have started this week also.

i doubt they would deliver syngas for liquids until production had been stabalised at sufficient quality and at the very least i have assumed this would take a minimum of 1 week.

so, if all has gone to plan without a hitch i would assume liquids will come this weekend or sometime next week.

i'm not saying it's guaranteed but this is my best case scenario assumption.

others may have a more accurate interpretation of the likely timeframe for liquids.
