You can use any metric you want (EBIT, NPAT, operating cash flow), ZEN is much more leverage than PEA.
With that said, I'm confident that ZEN's debt isn't an issue.
Other than getting the EBITDA/debt down to a healthy level, another situation when I would continue to add to my position is contract wins which ironically will most likely increase their debt.
