I bought into ARQ a few days ago as I feel the bottom is in, excepting any further bad news. ARQ has had some management changes and forward guidance looks better. Though debt, in my view, will continue to hamper restructure and acquisitions. But hey, what's wrong with a bit of debt in such times. I also like that Karl Siegling will have more influence since he really has a true vested interest now. This happened inside his CDM fund in which a bizarre series of events since 2013 led to the fund holding nearly 18% of ARQ. Karl personally holds 7% of the CDM fund. Hmm, I'd really like to have a beer with Karl at some point to discuss why he did that. I wonder if a guy like that actually drinks beer?
