Resources across the board have been sinking this week.
100m is not guaranteed (just look at the interim JORC in March when it was factored in, and the sp slumped badly after the target was not met). There's no point speculating what the market is expecting.
Keep in mind that even at 50m lbs BMN is currently very good value, and share price will likely multiply before reaching production.
