The current board is FAS aligned, no doubt about it. ALL the directors have ties to JD/FAS. The points raised by PMM about the unnecessary deposit, lack of constitutional information, and the extreme lack of information in the "independent" experts report (which by the way appears to be an unknown one man operation with zero credibility) is a pointer to the lengths that JD will go to in order to get as much of GWR as possible whilst cheap.

PMM have already said that the route for the ore cannot yet be determined until a reserve and feasibility study is done. All this talk about a takeover by stealth, shipping ore through Esperance etc etc is smoke and mirrors.

I would recommend handing over your proxies to PMM to avoid any irregularities in the voting process.

Look at the history of this mob - even when a credible INDEPENDENT EXPERT stated that the ridiculous issue of shares and options to JD and crew was NOT FAIR NOR REASONABLE... they went ahead and did it anyway. This is 100 % proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the current GWR board does not care for its fiduciary duty to act in the interests of ALL shareholders and not just directors and mates.

I would rather deliver this company into control of a crew that has a history of bringing iron ore projects into production. Remember also that NONE of the GWR directors have any significant experience in that regard. They could fumble around for years to come issuing themselves options whilst achieving nothing but a snails pace.

Enough is enough!
