Just as a cortanary note Arena were owed money while owning 10% of NXE formally MUS to try to bankrupt them and take all there jorced with mining lease assets in Mozenbique in the WA High court which was thrown out by the judge including the threatening litigation costs bankrolling them anyway ? and in your case might scare of the further financing ?
