I was basically told that there is nothing to be told.
All I know is that they don't know much (atleast the sec)
I was not given any guarantees of a possible SH approval vote during the next Nov AGM.
But that all depends on the ASX giving the OK to any future restructures. ..
Previous announcements seem to stress the fact that ASX have the right to force a recompliance or something like that before re-listing can occur, im not sure what that process will involve but it sounds terribly expensive and timely...
