Im still confused about this. In nov last year Uniannounced that it had recieved a $3m option payment from Medpro to manufacture its tube activated device. The skin activated device was also mentioned.If Unilife chose not to exercise that option by Oct this year they have to pay back the $3m plus 7% interest.Unilife announced that it expected to generate annual revenue of $20m from deal. Is this deal now dead in the water? and if so is it because uni screwed over Medpro regarding a takeover offer? I believe in this company, but sometimes wonder whether AS is out of his depth.
