Seems there has and still is an issue with Tanzania to finalize the KfW submission itself.

"As Barrick Gold Corporation and Acacia Mining PLC are now expected to make their Scheme of
Arrangement effective on 17 September, resolution of the remaining regulatory matters is anticipated
to occur in conjunction with settlement of this transaction. The Government of Tanzania has reaffirmed its support for the Epanko development and that it is currently addressing legislative areas within the mineral sector."

Waiting on Barrick to resolve
Then 'anticipate' remaining regulatory matters to resolve
Then KNL has to incorporate that in their plans
Then KfW has to incorporate that into their submission assuming they are happy with it
Then if all goes well the German Gov has to approve and KfW all paperwork and KNL set up structure for Tanz free carry

Could be a looooooooong wait still.

Seems someone got wind of this 2 days ago and sold down 1m plus

There will be a CR imminently and we no longer have a CBA supporting us.....and the CR will have to see the company through what will be several months at best before any money is in the bank assuming everything goes to plan.
