Hi Suzuki. Not sure you are using the term not scalable correctly.

To scale all we need is production capacity (not currently a constraint) and more sales staff. You would be correct to say that we are cash constrained, but I argue that we could meet increased demand if it eventuated.

The key problem is that doctors do not seem to want our products. That may be conservatism or it may be they have cosy arrangements with other suppliers. Or could be something else entirely. Either way, growth is painfully slow given we are coming off a low base.

in short, we face a demand problem, not a supply one.
