A key factor I look for when investing in a company is the alignment of senior management with shareholder interests. The best indicator of this is that management are also major shareholders. In this case, it is very positive that Paul Rennie is the largest shareholder.

Reading that Paul Rennie uses and has benefitted from iPPS further strengthens this alignment. He clearly sees the benefit of iPPS first hand and is intent on making it available to others. His large shareholding provides the incentive for distributing it as widely as possible and doing so very profitably.
