You would be right, except that you’re wrong. What about the $3.2 million order to a Middle Eastern country in June 2018? Still to receive $1.6 million of this sale, probably in this quarter.
Also, I want to post this pipeline chart again, which is a big part of the reason for the current SP:
If 1/5 of these lead to a contract and sales it will be a major win. If they all lead to sales, 0.35c looks very cheap indeed.
