Yeah, nah. I’ve got no hope that this will have a positive outcome. All of that is possible but I don’t see it. It could do not be the (mythical) IoT party and this share issue isn’t enough for them to control the company even if they bought 100%, which we know they aren’t because of the WA SI invitations.
nah, this is a last desperate gasp doomed to failure. it won’t even proceed is my best guess.
