You can never discount a higher offer from a late midcap interloper, as I think the majors probably view this as too small to be a juicy M&A target.

dead. This cheeky offer where Karl has been too cute and put his Offer open to resistance, and the names above are between 30-40% of the register and with the support of our band of brothers, would have the numbers to vote this Scheme down. Over to SFR to get real and lift their bid before they get a good spanking.
