ISX Maybe included in ASX300 rebalance, page-10

It's been a while since I posted on ISX.
I remember this thread at the time.
And in my mind agreed with Z at the time re. ownership concentration issues.
Since then ISX has been added to the ASX300 (Sep 23) and there's been a huge spike and plummet.

My question is how did ISX satisfy the ownership criteria for ASX300 entry?

I'm starting to have suspicions that something isn't quite right regarding percentage of holdings or the calculations applied.
