Okay I'm going to cut to the chase here. without simply cutting you down. I would really like you to explain your thoughts on the following.
1) Why would SK; one of the biggest companies in the world, with massive media exposure; sign the LFA some 8 weeks before it was absolutely going to be terminated.......
2) Why would AUZ only extend the deadline by 2 weeks (10 trading days) if there was no funding in sight.
There is absolutely no logical reason for either of those two clauses to be executed if both parties didn't believe funding was to be finalised end of September.
