In your opinion what's holding CTO from being taken over? I mean, since the executives directors have taken a very soft approach in realising CTO's potential and have not consequently gotten anywhere, why not sell it? What frustrates me is that there is no convincingly qualitative detailed strategy one can review and appreciate CTO's position.
There are other options too...CTO can merge with an experienced proven miner (with even minor shareholding) and utilise their skills to prop-up CTO. It's sad that, what's referred to as a "greatly potential gold mining entity" remains idle/dormant.
