I don't think its BS - The fact is SO MANY small players are now jumping on board the Phosphate wagon... But it will take 'till 2012 before we get either Morocco or "Others" online at a scale enough to really lower the prices.
I guess OCP see it as either "them or us" who get the supply contracts... Naturally they prefer it if they control the spice.
But I just don't believe they will drive the price lower then is globally sustainable - Which long-term would have to be between 150-250 p/ton.
As always, we all know it, MAK needs to go prod. ASAP, build rail or slurry immediately and get OPEX halved. These facts are what keep me away from most other P specs - Risk is probably higher then people rate.
But just my speculation.
