Correct me if I'm wrong guys.
FMS floated MXR about 18mths ago.
Flinders wanted to concentrate on Diamonds so it formed a new company called Maximus to concentrate on other resources and floated it on the ASX.
I think Maximus has interests in Iron ore, gold, uranium and what ever else they can find.
