re 'cooking books' have a look at the ACCC vs TPG court testimony yesterday. TPG changed a few 'parameters' over a weekend and went from a mobile network feasiblity plan saying the mobile expansion by them would LOSE $300 mill. But after some hours of adjustment, suddenly their (to be developed) mobile network was worth POSITIVE $800 mill
