I dont think they would be building all this infrastructure if it wasn't economical!
Simple open pit mining and leach processing is the key and that is what Estelle would likely use too, with a low strip ratio
Below is some numbers from their presentation above:
Even with grades of 0.67g/t for Eagle Gold and 0.29 g/t for Fort Knox their costs are still USD$539/oz and USD$837/oz respectively. Seems very economic and profitable to me
