Agreed NdPr values will always be the key drivers, the ACREI basket is a decent proxy with ~70% NdPr:

Perhaps some indications China is continuing to build greater control over supply, eliminating "illegals" & cash transactions, reducing competition between producers, creating a far more solid base for their RE leverage.
Q is, how will they exercise it?
