i assumed a SHORTFALL earlier this year.
now it has become known OCP is ramping up it will be in SURPLUS.
shortfall means up, surplus means down.
im sick of replying to the obvious - kindly stop.
gizard
their OPEX is $30/t.
OCP have forecasted themselves $60/t by 2012.
if they achieve what they are aiming to do the market will be in surplus.
why would they do it? to weed out competition like MAK, Legend and other want to be's that will be taking their market share. obviously buyers will choose R.P that is closer to home (i.e australia) with more political stability if they could instead of going to morrocco and paying all that extra for freight
this is my last post on the matter, do your own investigations and make up your own minds.
