Totally disappointed with recent share issue. With new COO I thought projections would be clear.
Why would they have to raise more money now?
Also look at the small amount $ 4 mill. (with insto. involved probably MACA as usual.)
With us, as shareholders get $3 mill.
With this ,toss ball.$30K limit. (no one will participate anyway).
MACA have wringed this company out of millions to keep employed/contracted. Then get shares.
Also add Lind.
Would, not be surprised if Lind just wanted shares as things a re paid off. (they are now a major shareholder).
If BLK closed down tomorrow. MACA and Lind would be burnt.
We will see if there is a true outside investor . Otherwise same old.
We are totally ripped off and Lind / MACA and staff get the money,.
