Will depend on the timing and cost of the new mine and how it is financed (some cash some debt or equity, bank covenants, stipulations, etc), plus any potential future partnerships; as those next million ounce discoveries will need a processing facility.
A divvie of 5 cents would mean five figures personally, though if they can mine more of the stuff and get that number higher, I'd be willing to take a back seat.
Might take five years at least but I'm a patient guy.
