I'm not sure I subscribe to your conspiracy theories but do agree that minority holders could cop it in the shorts if we just sit back and take it.

I take some solace in the fact that this has to go before the courts, twice I believe, and I am sure that there will be some people out there that will not allow it to slip by and let their holdings die a natural death at the hands of those in charge.

Having said that and after having talked to the company last week, I believe that ARH shareholders will be given the opportunity to fully participate in the merger and that the company although not saying so will have to dual list the shares to facilitate ASX holders. This has a bit to play out so we will all have to wait for the final proposal.

In the meantime as I previously stated in another post send an email to the Co Sec [email protected] and express your concerns.
