Though when you read through the tasks assigned its more a of concern than anything else. Some of the ones that I found interesting are as below:

(1) Observe trends and disruptive technologies in brick laying, prefabrication, robotics, and masonry
(2) Steer the partnership with Fastbrick Robotics
(3) Evaluate robotic technologies in brick laying and drive the topic within the company
(4) Steer the market testing and market introduction for robotic solutions in brick laying

Users have been giving @troopy1 a hard time about building standard but point (1) and point (4) indirectly hints that current building codes need to be adhered to because any govt around the world doesn't want these houses to be falling apart 10 years from now.

Point (2) pretty much shows that FBR have shown 0 leadership and that Wienerberger are now looking for in house solutions and strategic alignments with other companies that show promise. Read both of the ads and you can see the positions are to cover themselves in the long term from disruptive technologies and not created specifically for FBR.
