    Undervalued? I hope you're right. But beyond 'hope', there's very little to support a belief like that.

    Given the extreme uncertainty at this time, i think it's fairly priced. A sufficient sales/contract list will change all that.

    But so will a CR.

    Which comes first is anyone's guess at this time.
