brk is in good oganic growth type business model, it will shine. but it is a huge opportunity cost as per current tortle speed. we are around 2000acrs. other peer has 14000 acres with successful drill parent well is around 40mc. if jewell is surely gonna be successful, it is wise to start open parcel in SHE around 6mc, even currently thry can only subscribe around 40% which will take them 4 ~5 month to spend all of them. any thought?
