The key challenge for all Christians is how the Word can be both WITH God and IS God at the same time.

Sorry, this has grown a bit, excuse the word order etc, you maybe able to better word it, IF you can make head or tails out of it lol.

You know the sad part, when one gets the point you make, seriously, at times you sit back scratching your head, as to how and why people cannot get this simplistic message.
How did it get lost, from around 100 yrs after Jesus?

It would seem, the biggest hurdle and I mean HUGE, is the present mind will simply not let them stand back and let the Bible do the talking.

Beginning was word --> The Word, The Aleph Tav --> A to Z if you like, Alphabet for ALL Words.

Before Jesus hit the scene, Logos apart from meaning spoken word, equally meant the likes of thought, reason, plan etc and there is no question about it.
Begins in you, part of you, is you.
The Bible tells us, the Spirit has thoughts, you express those thoughts into words or on the drawing board.
They are also part of your inner creation, inner logos = Logos.
For one to suggest you don't think before talking, forming your words in you first, is on another planet and we do not need some said Greek scholar to tell us what it means, or twist this reality.

You could be an animal, your inner still decides the grunt or actions for your communications, the you revving up before you express yourself.

So what's the Bible, God's message all about --> WORD.

In a nut shell so to speak, what's the Book of John about = The Word of Life.

So your plans are Logos, within you, part of you, are you.

John for the first 13 verses is introducing God, making the path straight for Him, back to basics, what was and who was-->, (Rev 1:8) prior to the son being about to appear suddenly, so to speak - Mal 3:1 and it's match's in the OT.

The first 13 verses are about God, and numerous back up verses can be provided and align with perfection.

THIS IS LOGOS, also known as GLORY --> Titus 1:2 - In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before time eternal;
2 Tim 1:9 - Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before time eternal,
Rev 13:8 - And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain --> from--> the foundation of the world.
Eph 3:9 - And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath beenhid in God,who--> created all things:

So here we have it, God sitting back, before literal creation.
From my understanding (?), John --> In theBeginning............ the "the" should not be there, not used by the Greek.
In beginning......................so it is not the Gen creation beginning, it is before anything,... and we do have various beginnings, anyway.

So picture those 4 references above, in the mind and plans of God, inner Logos = logos.
In the beginning was the thought, reason, plan, the thought, reason, plan was in the beginning with The God and God was the thought, reason, plan.
1:2 The same (this, it) was in the beginning with God.
1:3 You now have some of the results of this logos, plan, expressed.
1:4 Now it backs up, back to the logos within him, but now where being set for the Eternal aspect of it -> The Book of John.
In Him (God) was life and that life was the light of men.

The Bible is very clear, this life and light is The Word of God, was in the world, well before Jesus hit the scene.
Jesus is yet to be given this life within himself John 5:26.

1:14 The word of life, Logos, Almighty God and Father came into the Temple, Jesus --> John 14:10.

Keep in Mind, his name now in Rev 19:13 = The Word of God, Jesus representing the entire word of God, in the plan, Logos etc.
So from before any creations, in the mind and plans of God, inner logos, inner creation where it begins, was a Jesus to be, and this plan, 4 references above, centered around, through Jesus it was going to be done.
So in a sense, it was this Plan, that come in the flesh, but God within Jesus, in the Temple, steering, directing the ship, so to speak.
Hence, Jesus in the mind and plans of God, was the beginning of the creation of God Rev 3:14, firstborn of creation, in the mind and plans of God Col 1:15.

So when you see Jesus is the Bread, the light, has the water etc, He is the complete package, the means of which this plan was going to be fulfilled, Hence in name, he is the Word of God, covers all this, Bread, light, Vine etc.

The word was on the Tablets, came in Jesus and you could say now, we have it in the Bible, but,....we also now have the Comforter.
???? We SHOULD be seeing way more things, results of this IMO = ???
