Yes - it is very good logic when you consider that $1.2B for the CAWF acquisition (4 properties) equates to $1.42 ps, yet to buy the entire Company at 50% of that is 71cps; and at 75% of that price it is $1.065. I would be very happy around the $1 mark, and I am sure a lot of the remaining shareholders (given the current climate) who would be mainly individual retail shareholders, would feel the same way???
