Considering the investor presentation came out before the suspension i'd be surprised if they weren't dragging their feet trying to find further funding to couple with the announcement as most previous ann. recently resulted in a net loss over a 5 days period.
It's in no one's interest to have to raise off a consolidation and lose another %40+ in SP value.
