Build one at display location, wonder if this is somewhere residential either, and best thing about this is FBR will buy it, absolutely zero risk to Archistruct.
I see this agreement moves instantly to Stage 3, which is by 2021, so who knows what would happen or if happens.
I can't believe investors paid them to buy a display home, FBR is so cash rich for the things they pay for now.
Just issue the performance shares then we can wait until Nov 2020 to find out if we will have some house actually built and SOLD to someone else other than to themselves.
Sorry, very disappointed to see FBR spending $$$ to fund a display home.
