If you look back every 23-25 weeks recently has produced a low, people can check that for themselves, don't think a chart is needed.
Been on the 50% retrace of the entire bull market and strong June 2006 support, down 9 weeks in a row which has always been a low its a pretty obvious, high probability trade.
Simply have to set stops under the previous second week low and ride it up.
