    The $3 milliom licence agreement is for distribution of the 1ml syringe and the other syringe ranges in the USA for a 5 year period, not for the blood collection device.
    They also will get a cut of the prefill for sales in the USA.

    Should we take it up or let it go?

    I say give them back their money.
