2018 December accounts are nearly finalised with the USA accounting software having been largely rectified. Management was provided operational numbers and we are currently reviewing them for any other adjustments prior to sign off. We intend to submit these accounts to the auditors in the next 7-10 days for the formal audit process to commence.
So maybe 10 days takes us through to say the week ending Fri 6 Sept. This would mean the auditors may have only received the accounts in the last week which imo is insufficient time for them to green stamp them given the 'known' issues and likely degree of changes in the reporting format.
That said I would be surprised if there hadn't already been some form of consultation with the auditors prior to adopting any accounting changes. Keeping this in mind, we may actually be very close to having this sorted with reinstatement to follow soon after.
One can only hope that this is the case and that the lack of any further news is because these buggers are flat out looking after our best interests!
