Assuming we actually get into real mining, payback in 2.8 years implies net profits of around $300 million pa (but initially this would be assisted by considerable tax offsets from past losses). Nevertheless, it also implies future net profits of around 10c per share or more. At a P/E of 10 that is a dollar plus share price.
