    Its unclear from their last annual report whether they owned the property at Gaven. If so, given the price rises in SE QLD for all types of property, then it probably makes good sense to relocate. Especially closer to a major customer.

    Plus SA is probably a more stable market for tabks than QLD, every man and his dog sells el-cheapo tanks now.
