EGM Highlights

1. Directors have taken an immediate pay cut and will tie their remuneration to Company performance. This saves company cash and places directors in the same boat as shareholders.
2. Data published unexpectedly by a third party shows that Veyonda improves LuPSMA monotherapy by a staggering amount – see slide 25. The Company is expected to make an announcement about this on Tuesday.
3. NOX plans to list on Nasdaq in the first half of 2020. Biotech analysts in the US are typically oncologists or someone with degrees relevant to biotech; rather than general-purpose analysts typically found in Australia. The result is that US markets better appreciate biotech stocks and focus on results, rather than timelines. GK recently spent two months in New York preparing for a US listing.
4. DARRT 24-week data for 1200 mg cohort is due about 27 November. My guess is that the AGM will be held after the data is announced.
5. LuPIN is providing fantastic proof-of-concept results, on a like-for-like basis.
6. DARRT results (in the same patient group as the LuPIN study) are equally promising, but DARRT has the advantage that it is cheap, non-toxic, convenient (no hospitalisation), quick, can be repeated, and can be used on early-stage patients.
7. Graham described the treatment that prostate patients have to endure, in excruciating detail, in order to show the opportunity for Veyonda at various stages of cancer progression. Noxopharm intends to add a trial for early-stage cancer to their program.
8. The Board is very confident that better days lay ahead.
